The Director of Technical Education &
Training, Orissa, Cuttack invites sealed bids
(two bid system i.e. technical bid and
commercial bid separately both bids in
duplicate packed in a single cover) for
Turnkey installation of “Interactive Software
Integrated Learning System (ISIL) Language cum
Communication Skill Development Laboratory”
for 24 students capacity in different Govt.
ITIs / Polytechnics of the State under
different schemes, from the institutions/
origanisation / companies engaged in similar
type of turn-key execution and have executed
more than ten similar type projects in last
three years.
The details of the terms and conditions of
work will be made available along with the
tender document. Interested eligible bidder
may purchase the bidding document for the
above tender upon payment of non-refundable
fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred) only in
shape of A/C payee Demand Draft from any
nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of
“Director of Technical Education & Training,
Orissa” payable at Cuttack from 20.01.2007 to
12.02.2007 from the office of State Project
Implementation Unit, Engineering School
campus, Cuttack-753 007 in all working days
during office hours.
All bids must be accompanied by Bid security
for an amount not less than 1% (one percent)
of the quoted value in shape of A/C payee
Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director of
Technical Education & Training, Orissa payable
at Cuttack from any Nationalized / Commercial
Bank, copies of valid ITCC, VAT clearance and
such other documents establishing bidder’s &
good’s eligibility, failing which the bid will
be liable for rejection. The bid security in
other form like cash, personal cheque etc.
will not be accepted and in such case bid will
be rejected.
In case of outside state bidder, the concerned
bidder is required to submit VAT clearance
certificate along with the valid CST/VAT/ITCC
from the competent authority. The last date &
time of receipt of bids is upto 3.00 PM on
12.02.2007 and bids will be opened on the same
date at 4.00 PM in presence of bidders or
their authorized representatives who choose to
be present at the time of opening of bid.
The bid complete in all respect conforming to
the terms and conditions of the bid document
should be sent to Director of Technical
Education & Training, Orissa, State Project
Implementation Unit, Engineering School
campus, Cuttack-753 007 on a sealed cover
superscribing on the top of the envelope
“Interactive Software Integrated Learning
System (ISIL) Language cum Communication Skill
Development Laboratory”.
The Director of Technical Education &
Training, Orissa shall not be responsible for
non-receipt or late receipt of bid document
sent by post. Bid received late on account of
any reason whatsoever will be rejected /
returned to the bidder unopened. The authority
reserves the rights to reject any or all bids
without assigning any reason thereof.
