TENDER NOTICE

OMFED invites sealed tenders from eligible licensed contractors/suppliers for following works:

1. “Internal electrification and supply, installation of light fittings and fixture” for proposed Central Dairy, At- Station Bazar, Jeypore, Dist Koraput.
2. “Internal electrification and supply, installation of light fittings and fixture” for proposed Bhawanipatna Dairy, At- Bhawanipatna, Dist- Kalahandi.
3. “Internal electrification and supply, installation of light fittings and fixture” for proposed Canteen Building At- Bhubaneswar Dairy, At- Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar , Dist- Khurda.
4. “Supply of light fittings and fixture” for proposed 1St Floor Office Building At- Bhubaneswar Dairy, At- Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar , Dist- Khurda.

Bidders may quote for any one part or, all the above parts.

Tender documents can be purchased from the Federation Office between 1000 hrs to 1400 hrs from 06/03/2007 to 15/03/2007 on payment of Rs. 3,000/- per set by cash/DD in favour of OMFED, payable at Bhubaneswar drawn on any Nationalised Bank. Additional amount of Rs 250/- to be paid if required to be sent by Post/Courier. Omfed shall not be responsible for delay in receipt of tender by post/courier.

Bids with 1% of quoted value as EMD shall be received upto 1400 Hours on 16/03/2007 & shall be opened on the same day at 1500 Hours at OMFED Office, in presence of interested bidders. Bids without EMD will not be considered.

The tender document can also be downloaded from website(s) www.omfed.com  and www.odisha.com and submitted on due date duly filled in, along with an additional amount of Rs. 3,000/- per set in shape of demand draft in favour of OMFED towards the cost of tender paper.

OMFED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders or part thereof without assigning any reason.
