Sealed tenders are invited for replacement of ammonia condenser coil at Bhubaneswar Dairy, Chandrasekharpur, Dist–Khurda. Including supply, fabrication, installation commissioning and trial run of the same after removing the existing condenser coil.

Interested eligible tenderer may purchase tender documents from the OMFED Corporate Office, D-2, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751 007 on payment of Rs.1000/-+4% VAT in cash or D/D drawn in favour of OMFED payable on any nationalized Bank payable at Bhubaneswar. If documents are required to be sent by post additional Rs.250/- to be paid. Omfed shall not be responsible for delay in receipt of tender by courier/Post. Documents can also be down loaded from the websites and submitted in which case the tenderer has to pay the cost of tender paper along with the document at the time of submission.

The tender papers will be available from 25.04.2007 to 08.05.2007 on all working days between 1000-1400 hours.

Bids along with 1% EMD of offered value shall be received upto 1400 Hrs. on 09.05.2007 and shall be opened on the same day at 1500 Hrs. at Omfed Corporate office, D-2, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar in presence of the interested bidders. Bids without requisite EMD shall not be accepted.

Omfed reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders or part thereof without assigning any reason.
