OMFED invites sealed tenders from eligible
contractors having relevant experience in
design, Construction/Fabrication, erection,
supply Testing and commissioning works
including all necessary civil, mechanical,
instrumentation & electricals for Effluent
Treatment Plant at Berhampur Dairy, Ankuspur,
Berhampur on turn key basis.
A complete set of bidding documents may be
purchased from the Federation Office on
payment of Rs.3000/-(Rupees three thousand
only) by hand or Rs.3250/-, if required to be
sent by post. Payment can either be made in
cash or by D/D drawn in favour of OMFED
payable at Bhubaneswar on any Nationalised
bank on all working days from 1000 hours to
1400 hours from 11.12.2006 To 27.12.2006.
OMFED shall not
be responsible for any delay in receipt of the
bidding document if sent by post. The sealed
tenders with 1% EMD shall be received upto
1400 hrs on 28.12.2006 and shall be opened on
the same day at 1500 hrs in presence of
interested bidders at OMFED Corporate Office,
D-2, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751007.
OMFED shall not be responsible for any delay
in receipt of tender, sent through
courier/post. Bid shall include 1% EMD of
quoted value without which bid will not be
considered.
The tender document can also be downloaded

and submitted on due date duly filled in,
along with an additional amount of Rs.3000/-
in shape of demand draft in favour of OMFED
towards the cost of tender paper.
OMFED reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the tenders or part thereof without
assigning any reason.
