TENDER NOTICE

                 TENDER FOR EXPANSION OF CATTLE FEED PLANT
                                  FROM 100 TPD TO 200 TPD

Omfed invites sealed offer from the Cattle Feed Plant manufacturer of capacity expansion of its existing Cattle Feed Plant located at Radhadamodarpur, Cuttack, from 100 TPD to 200 TPD.

The interested bidders should submit in detail the additional Machineries, Structures and Services etc required for expansion. This is a turnkey job and the tenderer should mention.

a) The details of equipments required along with drive motors wherever necessary and the price for each such item. Offer should also mention the cost of installation and commissioning separately.

b) Additional power requirement.

c) Duration for completion up to commissioning.

d) Period of Shutdown required either in phases without interrupting the present production or total shutdown no of days be mentioned.

e) Additional civil works, if required, along with estimated cost.

f) Trial run for a continuous period of at least 15 days to prove the capacity.

The tender should reach within 11.00 A.M. of dtd.24.10.07 and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 A.M. in presence of the interested tenderers. The tender should be accompained by 1% EMD of the offered price in the shape of DD drawn on any nationalized Bank payable at Bhubaneswar
in favour of OMFED without which the offer will be rejected.

The party, in its own interest, should visit the Cattle Feed Plant on any day before submission of the bid.

OMFED reserves the right to accept/reject any tender or part without assining any reason thereof.
