TENDER FOR ENGAGEMENT OF VEHICLES FOR
TRANSPORTATION OF MILK & MILK PRODUCTS
OMFED invites sealed tenders to engage
insulated transport vehicles of carrying
capacity like 1.5MT/3MT/4.5MT/7.0MTon hire
basis for distribution of milk and other
allied product from Bhubaneswar Dairy
within the operational area for a period
of 03(Three) years. Vehicles if without
insulation, are required to be insulated
by the successful bidder within 03 months
of the contract.
Tender documents can be purchased from its
Corporate Office, D-2, Sahidnagar,
Bhubaneswar or Bhubaneswar Dairy,
Chandrasekharpur, Bhubanesawr on any
working day between 10.00 Hrs - 14.00 Hrs.
from 24.10.07 to 01.11.07 on payment of
Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred only) each or
in the shape of DD drawn in favour of
OMFED payable at Bhubaneswar on any
Nationalised Bank. The document can also
be down loaded from our Website www.
omfed.com or odisha.com or
kalingatimes.com and submitted on the due
date along with the tender paper cost of
Rs.100/-.
Filled in tender document alongwith EMD
amounting Rs.2000/- should reach on or
before 01.11.07 15.00 Hrs. and will be
opened on the same day at 16.00 Hrs at
Corporate Office, D-2, Sahidnagar in
presence of interested bidders. Tenders
without EMD or incomplete in any manner
shall not be accepted. OMFED reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all
tenders without assigning any reason
thereof.
