Competitive bids are invited from reputed
manufacturers fish net making machines for
the supply, installation and commissioning
of new generation high-speed fish net making
machines at the Orissa Pisciculture
Development Corporation Limited, Net
Manufacturing unit, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar,
Dist.Khurda, Orissa.
The offer is subject to the following
terms and conditions:
a) 6/6.3 Pitch fish net making machine with
600 shuttles, 7 pitch fish net making
machines with 500 shuttles, 9-pitch machines
with 400/500 shuttles and 14 pitch 300
shuttles/18 pitch 300 shuttles. All the
machines should be designed and suitable for
high speed operation with nylon, mono, Nylon
Multi and H.D.P.E. fish net twine.
b) Conversion from single knot to double
knot operation must be easy.
c) The following mentioned optional device
are preferred.
1) Large Mesh Device
2) Net forwarding by dancing roller
system/Net falling and net winding system
d) Bidders are requested to furnish
competitive offers along with detailed
specification and functional features
conforming to the above requirements
includingthe cost of standard accessories
and Bobbin winders, installation, trial runs
and commissioning and the minimum period
within which the work will be completed and
the machines handed over for commercial
production.
e) The manufacturer should enclose the
details of machinery supplied to other fish
net making factories, income tax clearance
certificate, balance sheet of the company
etc. along with the tender.
f) The machines are to be installed at the
Orissa Pisciculture Development Corporation
Limited. Net manufacturing unit, Bhubaneswar,
Phone No-0674-2580364. Further details can
be had from the Deputy Manager of the
factory during office hours on all working
days.
g) Sealed offers super scribing "Tender for
Net Making Machines" should reach the
Managing Director, Orissa Pisciculture
Development Corporation Ltd., 'D' Nayapalli
, Bhubaneswar-751012 not later than 3.00 PM
on 12.05.08 along with EMD at 2.5% of the
total Bid amount by way of DD drawn in
favour of Managing Director, Orissa
Pisciculture Development Corporation Ltd
payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender will be
opened on 12.05.08 at 4.00 PM.
h) Offer received late, without E.M.D. and
incomplete tender will not be considered.
i) The undersigned reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all of the offers
without assigning any reasons there of.
