The sealed tenders in conformity with detail Tender call Notice to be eventually drawn in P.W.D. F-2 form are invited by the Sub-Collector,Bargarh-Cum-Chairman,RMC,Attabira from intending and elligible Contractors of class as tabled belowRegistered with Govt.of Orissa or equivalent class of Govt of India/C.P.W.D. and Central undertaking/Railway/ Military/ Engineering Services so as to be received up to 13.00hours on Dated 13.07.2007 in the Res.Office of the Sub-Collector,Bargarh-Cum-Chairman,RMC,Attabira,At/Po/Dist-Bargarh

Intending Bidders may obtain the tender documents from the office of the Regulated Market Committee,Attabira, as addressed above on paymaent of
paper cost(Non-refundable)in shape of Cash in person or through authorised
representstives by written application during office hour from
Dated 02.07.2007 to Dt.07.07.2007 in any working day on production of
Valid Registrstion License.
The tender docvuments can also be had by Registered Post with a written
request on payment of extra amount Rs.500.00(Rupees five hundred) only
tiwards postal charges for each set(Non-refundable) Department dose not
bear any responsibility for postal delay in delivery of tender documents or
non-receipt of the same in time.
Bid documents can be downloaded fromofficial website of Govt.of Orissa (http//www.orissagov.nic.in)against a non-refundable cost of bid
document including VAT@4% in the form of demand draft issued from
scheduled bank payble at Attabira in favour of the
Secretary, RMC, Attabira.The demand draft shall be deposited in shape if
Bank draft prepared on or before the last date of receipt along with the Bid.
The Bid documents along with the works in separate sealed envelopes super scribed with"TENDER FOR RMC ATTABIRA"will be received
upto13.00hours on Dated 13.07.2007 during the office hours by the
Sub-Collector,Bargarh-Cum Chairman,RMC, Attabira, at the Res Office of the Sub-Collector,Bargarh-Cum Chairman,RMC, Attabira, At/Po/Dist-Bargarh by registered Post as in the address mentioned above.Tender received after due date &time will not be accepted. The authority is not responsible for any
postal delay on receipt of loss of tender documents.
The Chairman, RMC, Attabira will open the Bids on 13.07.2007 at 14.00 hours . The Bid is to be accompained with 2% EMD as indicated in the table
in shape of Cash payable at the office of the RMC, Attabira along with the
true attested copies of valid PAN card, VAT Clearance certificate without
which the tender is liable for rejection.
The Bidder is required to deposit the less differential cost of the estimated
cost and their quoted cost along with performance security of 5% of the
accepted tender before entering into agreement in shape of Cash payable at
the Office of the RMC, Attabirs failing which the tender will also be out
rightly rejected .The Bidders shall have to produce an affidavit in support of authenticity of
document/credentials.
The authority reserves the right to reject of accept any
or all the tender in part or in full without assigning any reason thereof. Other details can be seen in bidding documents.
