1. Sealed bids prescribed schedules are invited from eligible Contractors of appropriate class as indicated in column 6 of the "Schedule of work" who are registered with the Govt of Orissa/ Other State Govt/Govt of India for different works as indicated below.

2. The bidding documents can be purchased from the respective Officers of the Regulated Market Committee, Attabira, At/Po: Attabira, Dist: Bargarh and from the Office of the Collector, Bargarh-cum-chairman, RMC Attabira, At/Po/Dist: Bargarh on payment of cost(Non-refundable) in shape of cash on any working days from Dt: 01.01.2007 to Dt: 08.01.2007 during office hour on production of valid Contractor Registration Certificate,
V.A.T.C.C & I.T.C.C/Pan Card.

3. The cost of different item of the work is as shown in Col.3 of the "Schedule of Works."

4. The agreement shall be eventually drawn in P.W.D F-2 form for the execution of works.

5. Bids must be accompanied by this office money receipt of bid security amounting specified for the work at Col No.4 "Schedule of Works." furnished below in shape of cash payable at Attabira along with attested photocopies of valid Contractor Registration Certificate and upto date , valid V.A.T.C.C & I.T.C.C/Pan Card, failing which the bid shall be summarily rejected.

6. The bid security of the unsuccessful bidder shall be refunded without any interest after issuing of work order.

7. Bids of different works in separate sealed envelopes superscribed with TENDER FOR R.M.C., ATTABIRA will be received by the Collector, Bargarh, Po/Dist-Bargarh by registered Post or Courier Service in the address as mentioned above during hour upto 12.00 hours of Dt: 09.01.2007.

8. Any bid received after the deadline & time and wrong bid in right address shall not be entertained.

9. The bids will be opened by the Collector,Bargarh-cum-chairman, RMC Attabira, At/Po/Dist: Bargarh at 15.00 hours on Dt: 09.01.2007 in his office chamber in the presence of the bidders of their authorized representatives, who wish to attend.

10. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids as specified , the bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

11. The bidders quoting less than the estimated cost shall have to deposit the differential amount between the estimated cost and the bidding amount Quoted Cost before signing the contract, failing which their bids shall be rejected.

12. No undertaking, if any, for submission of certain required documents as indicated in this TCN relating to this work as a later date shall be entertained.

13. No conditional tender shall be accepted.

14. The authority reserves all rights to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason thereof.
